Subscription Terms
Effective Date: 2026-02-04
These Subscription Terms explain how Wakatta! Premium subscriptions work. Purchases are processed by the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) and managed in part via RevenueCat for entitlement verification.
1. Overview
Wakatta! may offer Premium features ("Premium") via auto-renewing subscriptions.
2. What Premium Includes
Premium may include features such as higher daily analysis limits and other paid functionality as described in the App at the time of purchase.
3. Pricing and Billing
- Subscription options: Yearly
- Price: As shown in the in-app purchase screen (plus applicable taxes)
- Billing: Your Google Play account (Android) or Apple ID (iOS) will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
4. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period, at the same price as the original subscription unless otherwise notified.
5. Free Trial (If Offered)
If a free trial is offered, it will be described on the purchase screen. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and renew at the price shown. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6. How to Cancel
On Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Select Wakatta! → Cancel subscription
Or visit: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
On iOS (Apple App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name → Subscriptions
- Select Wakatta! → Cancel Subscription
Or visit: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
Note: After cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
7. Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your Premium access by:
- Ensuring you are signed into the same Google Play account (Android) or Apple ID (iOS) that was used for the original purchase
- Using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's settings (if available)
Your subscription is tied to your app store account, not to the device.
8. Changes to Pricing or Features
We may change subscription pricing or features. Any price changes will be communicated in advance according to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store. You will have the opportunity to review and accept the new price before it takes effect, or you may cancel your subscription.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the respective app store:
- Android: Visit Google Play Refund Policy
- iOS: Visit Apple Refund Policy or use reportaproblem.apple.com
We may not be able to issue refunds directly. Please refer to your app store's help pages for refund eligibility and instructions.
